One system for every business, project, brand, and bet you're now running. Built so your effort compounds, instead of scattering across ten different apps.
Concept preview · design in progress
Most founders running multiple things are working hard on all of them and can't tell which ones are actually growing. CompoundOS plots every area of your founder life on one curve, so you can see what's accumulating and what's just keeping you busy.
Making the jump solved one problem and handed you a bigger one. Now you're the integration layer between too many tools and too many things.
Businesses in one tool, content in another, money in a spreadsheet, relationships in your head. Nothing connects, and you're the only thing holding it together.
You're running several bets across several businesses with no one place to see which are moving and which quietly stalled weeks ago.
The partner, the mentor, the collaborator you meant to follow up with. The opportunities you'll never see because a follow-up died.
You're doing the work every day but you can't tell if it's accumulating into something or just repeating. No score, no trend, no signal.
The fix isn't another app to add. It's one system where everything compounds together.
The Freelancer-to-Founder OS gets you to ownership. Once you're there, the questions are completely different. CompoundOS is built for the second set.
Each system stands on its own, but they all feed one Command Center and one compounding score, so you see the whole picture on one screen.
Every business and bet on one screen: priorities, score, follow-ups, money, content status. The first thing you open each morning.
Run one to three businesses side by side, each with its own projects and WIP limits, so nothing gets lost between them.
The strategic moves that actually matter, each with a thesis, a timeline, and the projects that serve it. Not a to-do list.
Mentors, collaborators, peers, partners. How you met, what you're building, the next follow-up. So warm never goes cold.
Idea to published, across every platform, each piece linked to the business or bet it grows. Building in public, with a system.
Revenue and expenses across every business, personal and business split, pay-yourself-first, and a subscription tracker.
Morning routine, weekly review, reflection prompts, and a grounding "why," built to keep you from burning out on the way up.
Quarterly goals across business and life, plus the compounding score and its trend, so progress becomes something you can see.
Speaking, collabs, partnerships, media. The founder-level openings that come with the territory, tracked so none slip.
When you start hiring: delegation and handoff tracking, kept light. For the stage after this one.
See revenue, bets, and momentum for each entity side by side, not buried in separate files.
The founder CRM surfaces who's due, so relationships and opportunities don't quietly decay.
Every piece links to the business or bet it's meant to grow, so building in public has a point.
One money view across all entities, plus a compounding score that turns effort into a signal.
Routines and energy tracking are built in, because a founder who burns out ships nothing.
The bets tracker holds the thesis and status of each, so you steer the portfolio instead of reacting.
CompoundOS is part of the Freelancer-to-Founder ecosystem. It's the system you grow into, not a replacement for where you started.
Quick wins that fix one problem, like knowing what to actually charge.
The Notion system that gets you from client work to owning a business.
The founder operating system for running everything once you're there.
Not yet. It's in active design and planned for 2027. Right now you can join the early list to get first access and help shape what gets built. We're validating demand and building deliberately, not rushing something half-baked out the door.
The F2F OS is for building the business. It has a client pipeline, an offer ladder, and pricing tools, and it lives in Notion. CompoundOS is for running the founder life once the business exists. It deliberately has no client pipeline. Different stage, different job. You grow from one into the other.
No, and they're built so you never need both for the same job at the same time. Use the F2F OS to make the jump. Move to CompoundOS when you're running multiple things and need one view of all of it.
No. CompoundOS is planned as a standalone web app, not a Notion template. Multi-business support, a live compounding score, and a real Command Center need more than Notion can do cleanly. Keeping it separate from the Notion product is intentional.
Pricing isn't final, but the direction is a subscription with a free tier to start on, and paid plans in the range of roughly $19 to 29 per month for full multi-business support. Founding-list members and Freelancer-to-Founder OS graduates will get first access and a better rate.
You can, but it'll be overkill. If you're still in client work, the Freelancer-to-Founder OS is the better place to start, and it's available now.
Jomz, a solo founder running an agency, a personal brand, and a product at the same time, from an overnight shift in the Philippines. CompoundOS is the system built to run that reality, documented in public.
CompoundOS will be a subscription, because it's a live tool that syncs multiple businesses and tracks compounding over time, not a one-time template. Early-list members shape the pricing and get founding rates.
Command Center, one business, basic routines. Enough to feel it.
Full multi-business support, every system, compounding history.
Freelancer-to-Founder OS owners get first access and founding pricing.
Early members get first access, founding pricing, and a real say in what gets built. No spam, just the occasional build update and the launch.
